At 2:09pm on February 28, 2008, Randy Wells said…: I would like to congratulate the Paranija Team of Tradd Mills and Anthony Simmons from the Burton Fire District for earning 1st place in the Lowcountry during the annual paramedic completion. They will go on to compete in the State Completion held at the State EMS Symposium in April. They competed against 13 other teams in Charleston; they are a fine example of what Fire Department based EMS is capable of. Anthony and Tradd I am very proud of you and will be there cheering you on to a State Championship.
