My question is in regards to FF deaths not LODD's. If a ff dies off duty and does not qualify for a LODD, Do they qualify for the National Fallen Firefighters Momorial or not???? My friend died of cardiac arrest and did not qualify as LODD, Iwas just wandering. Thank you for any help you can provide. BE safe and Buckle up Everytime
