Recruitment and Retension

Hello All, I am the commander of our Honor Guard, that started with 10 people and now are down to 4. I'm not sure what the problem is but mostly it's a time issue they say. Does anyone have any suggestions I do not want this team to go under????? Please any help will be appreciated. Thanks again

I wish I worked at the St. Andrew's you speak of. No, I work for St. Andy's in Charleston South Carolina. My ancestors are Scotch-Irish from Scottish lowlands. Our fire department is named after the St. Andrew's in Scotland as well.
