Hey all! Glad to be part of this group I think this will be a great place to grow and learn.
What progress have you made in 2014 and what goals do you have for 2015?
I'll start....
2014 I took a year off of bodybuilding for the birth of my 3rd child and was able to gain some symmetry where I needed it. But most importantly I was able to add focus on recovery be making my workouts more effective through programming and implementing relevant principles.
2015 My goals are to compete again in May, build on my ankle mobility (taking a toll picking up kids toys from the ground...) and provide quality articles for FireRescue and FirefighterNation.com
