To all of the members of the group: What type of rehab documentation forms do you use?  I'm looking for one to utilize at our department.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

our rehab sector is amazing in the last three year they went from bring us water to having the full support of the command staff and firefighter. they have their own truck to bring to the sences.

Thanks for the invite Chief ... great topic and one which needs to be addressed and made uniform in how it is handled for firefighters. There needs to be a standard to ensure all are kept in top condition while on-scene (water, heat, cool, food, medical attention, etc.).

We respond to large fires; severe heat; extreme cold (which, down here, means 20 degrees or below); and, extended on-scene time.

Chief, thanks for the invite, our rehab is the tailboard of a truck or the back of the rescue, yes we have heat & a.c in the back with bench seats , bottle water on all apparatus and emts from amb.service or our own emts to monitor vitals etc.
