I'm a retired Engineer from Long Beach Fire and I drove a 100' tillered aerial.

Extreamly sorry to read this about Terry Shannon. I will be playing by bagpipes at a 9/11 memorial and will be thinking out him during the playing of Amazing Grace. Prayers for his family and all at your station..

we lost a brother tonite. Terry Shannon , Monterey Vol. Fire Department lost his life upon returning from a 1046. He was found slumped in the front seat of the mini-pumper. Brothers worked on him and then ALS, he was pronounced. Please pray for the family and his brothers who worked with and on him.
