Hello to all,
This is a really new thing to me and really don't know what to write about but i'll try a real quick one. I'm a Firefighter in the Portland Oregon area. Today (8/8/09) my wife and I physically separated, although we have not (been together) for a year and the separation was a planned one and was a friendly seperation.
It just feels weird being single. Sucks really....

Tru dat! My husband and I split 3 yrs ago. We disscussed it prior to him moving out and both agreed that it was time. Doesn't make it any easier just because it's friendly. I was with my husband nearly 12 yrs.,married and dating combined. Single was a really weird feeling. I'm hear to listen if you wanna talk. It gets better with time.

Daniel, been there done that. It sucks and hurts like heck. We later got divorced because we let others get into our lives and get our attention away from allowing us time to sort things out. Its not worth the hurt and scars bro. After ten years away from each other and another divorce we are now back together again and extremely happy. Very fortunate to have another chance .................. Hang in there and keep your chin up.
