I'd have to say freelancing is the biggest thing I see and not a full use of the command structure.
You mean like doing your own thing with out working as a team?
Thanks......You stay safe as well.........
Freelancing and not following orders are the two biggest that I know of.
Yes
Follow Orders
Listen
Know your place
LISTEN LISTEN LISTEN
Know the chain of command
Listen
Be involved
Listen
Give 100% --100% of the time
LISTEN
Jake you left out "Watch, and Learn" and Listen
If you have a question about how something works, or how your dept does something.... ASK someone. Don't assume you know how to do something. We have a new firefighter that assumes he know everything and how to do everything..... I want to strangle him.

Other than that Pay attention and Listen
oooops.....LISTEN!
watch and learn
LISTEN
Yes...ASK the correct questions
Be humble
Did I mention ...LISTEN!
I would agree with "damnthing" here. (as I so often do) Im kinda surprised by the number of female I see with sexy or provocative photos of themselves. I look at it like..."If you want to be taken seriously"....But thats just my opinion.

Im not saying that all females do that...just a thought for those that do.
..but then again...

Jack you look pretty darn sexy yourself!!!! lol lol lol
