In my station we split a township which is 6x6 miles so we cover 3x3. We in our station we have one engine, one tender, two brush trucks. Along with our trucks our brother dept which we mutual aid with on everything they also have one engine, one tender and two brush trucks with a rescue. So in our township we have double of everything. On the down side of this we run both stations on less than 10,000 a year.
we have 3 station, we cove about 55 sq miles we have one of the larger covered area in the county.

It is 100% Volunteer 100% of the time with 100% Pride we run out of 2 stations covering 33sq. miles, We have 2 Engines, 2 Squads, 2 Brush Trucks, 1 Heavy Rescue, 1 Support Unit, and 1 Tanker, and 2 Chief Buggies, Here are some pics.
