The Backroom Crew

This is a place where we can sit down, put our feet up and chill. Where the Boys and Girls can just be themselves. The Back Room or what most firefighters call a ''day room or rec room'' is the social point of every firehouse.

Coolidge, hoping for a quick recovery for your mom. Prayers are with you as well. Keep up the faith.

Chief, glad you have that bond with Sparky. Used to have 3 labs...loved them to death.

High temps today and the rest of the week in Vegas.

Take care Ralph...family comes first.
Chief, Sparky wearing pink....hhhhmmmmm. Dunno if that's a good idea. LOL
MM, still very hot in Vegas...102. Not a good time to take a walk on the strip as everybody is out holding some form of alcohol in their hands, all sticky and rowdy. I avoid the strip as much as possible but only when I have visitors, which is very seldom, thank God....hahahahahaha.
Tomorrow's weather is predicted to reach 108...and more likely in the upper 100's the next couple of days.

Hate to hear it Ralph prayers sent your direction express, Chief could be worse I suppose he(or she I don't think you said) could have a pink studded collar with matching leash. Not that I would feel particuarly threatened but the talk from the neighbors..........Rossi I suppose if I moved there I would but boy while I'm getting acclimatied lmao.

I totally agree with you MM - between 75 and 110, there is a big difference. I prefer the heat too and living here you get acclimated, I guess. Used to live in WA State and 33 degrees at night with the window cracked a little bit was ok. Stay safe everyone

I don't mind the heat I actually deal with it better than the cold, but there is a difference between 75 and 110. FW I'm glad the rain didn't last too long it's not like you need the water. Welcome Susan to the back room everyones pretty nice here. Laurie I hope all is still on the ground that's supposed to be on the ground in CT. Chief I hope you had a good day today.
