About Me:

when i joined was a rough point in my life. i was lost with no direction. worst of all i was a fat little hippie. i have always been up for anything so i gave it a shot. now coming up on my 3rd year in this paramillitary organization i found myself in my work ethic. the decipline respect honor and tradition of the fire service has led me to my calling as a soldier. I have changed alot because of this service, i had a reason to be in shape to cut my damn hair to finally hold my head high. i sleep well knowing how much i help my nieghbors.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

i joined the fire service because i thought it would be a great opportunity. and it is so if ayone is reading this thinking about joining do it you will never regret it i promise you that.

the sense of honor, duty, respect and tradition,

Top Issues Facing Responders:

since the 70's we have gotten safer, but still kill an average of 100 firefighters a year. one question ....why?!?!?!?!
