What would be the grounds for the lawsuit. This website was started by someone other than themselves and can chose to include or exclude anymember they want. If someone got on here and was rude and abusive and got kicked off, they would have no grounds for a lawsuit if they violated the rules layed out by the owner. If they only want certain people it is there right. It is also the person that cant join or gets kicked to start there own web site and do what they want. So I would not be worried about discrimination at all. We dont have to be PC for every frickin thing!!!

They will find a way around it as the kids have with myspace but to set the guideline will set the course that the craps gotta go.

Clubs and associations

Equal opportunity law applies to membership, rights and benefits of clubs and associations.
Firefighter Nation follows under this title for the reason that in a way under law is a club even though it is a website. Discrimination can be direct or indirect. Indirect discrimination appears to be equal treatment but is unfair on certain people because of a particular personal characteristic (joining FFN to chat with others even though that person is not a firefighter or paramedic). Do you comprehend now?

Just because I am a paralegal and my husband is an ex-paramedic...dosn't mean that this girl is dumb.

well chief i cant really believe that you even posted this.its like when we were kids,,,,,,,you cant play with my ball cause i bought it and its mine!!!!!!! are we not all adults here or are suppose to be.people look at us as we are the people that help out when ever needed,right?i think you need to re think this idea,just my two cents here
