Just a quick comment about the fires here.We have had very dry weather lately leading to this week.Since Monday we have had 5 days of over 36c with Tuesday to Friday being 41C.42C 44C and 44C.

Fires really took off yesterday and over 70 started today. Some of todays ones ended up being either Emergency orders or Evacuation orders.Since Wednesday there has been almost 2,500 fires reported. One home owner has died and some properties have been lost.Several of the fires in eastern Victoria will join up and has the potential to burn for weeks.Theres no real rain forcasted for the near future.

One of these fires is creating its own weather pattern and the smoke could been seen on theweather map.

If I can get some photos I will post them.

Our hearts and best wishes go out to the people and especially the firefighters in Australia. Good luck with this season and stay safe.

Thanks Norm I will pass that on.All the figherfighters will appreciate it.

I was going to try and post some photos of the fires here in Austalia but there is a Facebook Page called Support Aussie Emergenc Services and a Tribute Video has been made called Tribute To The Figherfighters of Australia.Unfortunately I cant copy it but it really shows what it has been like here. There are now four stated here all battling fires.I am sure every fire fighter in America can relate to this tribute.

That was suppose to be Emergency and States.Sorry Im very tired.
