Highlands Fire and Rescue, we are 1200 base and do not have a substation quite yet, Highlands North Carolina (up @ 4200ft in the Smokies) We are mostly volunteer and have a couple of paid members. I am a volunteer rookie fireman and my unit number is 1222. 8 months and 7 classes completed and almost finished with the 8th. I simply love it.
