Leader boards

Are the leader boards down

All it says is the leaderboards are empty and its been like that for about a week now?

I didnt even know we had them? Are they based on participation in the site and forums and stuff?

If you dont know its under My FFN Hot now. It has top pics,blogs,contributors ...ect.
