Possible, yes, however probably difficult. For most departments you have to be a citizen or legally able to work in the U.S. It can be a significant time period just to get the legal aspects taken care of.
Then there are the requirements for the department, such as certifications needed, education, and so forth. Unless your firefighter certs are IFSAC compliant, it would be difficult to have your Italian FF certs transfer over. That means the departments you may have a shot at are those that don't require any education to apply, just that one has to be 18, high school diploma or GED, driver's license, legally able to work in the U.S.. For the most part, these are going to be larger departments that may take awhile to get hired and you have thousands of other applicants to compete against.

Infortunatley here in italy we arent so incentive and so is a nice dream to be a firefighter in u.s .
I hope that the thing here will go bettere .
In other case i take a fly to u.s and i will take the citizienship and ifsac.
