Our company does pancake breakfast once a month in the summer. A block party. Christmas parade. Flea Markets. Any other ideas ? Our station is located on L.B.I. so were right on the beach

Are there any corporations you can partner up with. Remember these days it's very hard to find money. Also you need to educate the people you protect and why you need money and what would happen if there was no Fire Dept protection. You can ref what went down in TN.
