So what is the funniest thing you have ever said to dispatch or heard over the radio?

"The roads are slicker than goose snot" (neighboring station, this still has a rolling)

"Standy by for clear code or you can pick one" (my station, I could not find our code book)

So what have you done to make dispatch laugh, shake their heads, and go "Really?"

A local rescue company called back in quarter by saying "Rescue XX is two dimes and a nickle"
I am going to have to mention this one to the other guys... They would get a kick out it.
We get dispatched to the neighoring city alot for mutual aid with our mobile fill station. It gets dispatched out as needing Air Support. Everyone asks when got a plane.
Had an instructor that worked dispatch. One of his pet peeves was when a unit responding to a CO detector would radio in to announce they were on location and would report "nothing showing".
You know I am learning to wait until I have finished laughing to eat or drink anything...

That was a good one.
About 5 years ago we had a working residential fire. First Chief that arrived on scene issued orders for the first in engine, then requested to the Communication Center, "give me 2". The dispatcher the asked if he was requesting a 2nd Alarm. The Chief then said, "yes, give me a 2." You could then here a little chuckle from the dispatcher, when he acknowledged the Chief's request.
