Barry, we recruit nationally, as Mick said. OUr last few hires included people from New Jersey, Kansas, Ohio, Illinois, West Virginia, Vermont, and some locals as well.

Martinsburg, WV (Eastern Panhandle) to Hilton Head Island = 647.23 miles

Charleston, WV to Hilton Head Island = 522.40 miles
