Would like help organizing

Hey group

Firefighters in my department have recently discussed about possibly joining IAFF. Can anyone here give me some advice to get started and if it is worth it? We have 21 full-time firefighters and 10 volunteers. Thanks

What state Are you in? Get a hold of your state office and they can help you through the process.
