Nothing wrong with a reclining seat, just as long as you don't doze off or you will cut the entire street's lawns.

However, a tarp, shed or garage would be a good idea... too much snow will make for an icky seat come spring...

It don't have a harness or a cup holder so I don't like it LOL.
