In your Opinion, what are the "Top 10 Basic Firefighter Assignments for Ventilation, Rescue, Fire Suppression, etc..."

As a company officer, or seasoned firefighter, in your opinion, what are the Top Ten Firefighter Assignment within the first 10-20 minutes onscene? You're welcome to ues sub-topics/ sub-answers.

1. PPE

2. SOP's Followed

3. Follow Orders/ Accountability

4. etc.

1. Scene size up
2. Assume command
3. Don ALL Proper PPE for the incident
4. Stage apparatus appropriately for the incident (distance from building, certain areas of the building, warm, zone, cold zone ect.
5. 360 degree size up if possible (certain scenes, incidents may not allow within the first few minutes)
6. Accountability
7. Follow SOPs for specific tasks (start assigning tasks to personnel and incoming apparatus)
8. Stage IC
9. Notifiy dispatch and in coming units of the conditions
10. Call for more extra alarms, man power or specialized teams if needed

Is this a residence fire or some other structure? What size is the structure?
Rural departments mostly have some additional points to consider. Time of day (both for occupancy and available man power) , water supply, and mutual aide (manpower, tankers , or both )
This discussion is deemed for a 1-2 story residential, victims unknown. I just want to get some opinions/ ideas of what you expect from your "1-5 year firefighter." Thanks for the previous post.
And yes, a considerable amount of smoke is showing. 1st or 2nd Company in.
10 to 20minutes..We have the fire under control. In some cases we are on our way back to the house.
