My name is Becky. I'm a volunteer firefighter and an EMT-Basic with a rural department in northwestern Washington. I'm also the mom to 4 sons and my fiancee's daughter. I have been a licensed amateur radio operator (ham radio) since February of this year and a member of our local Amateur Radio Emergency Service organization. I'm a volunteer Emergency room Tech at our local hospital and a Hospice volunteer in our county.

Hey Becky. Just reading through posts on the forum (i'm on nights sat on station and it's a quiet night for a change) and thought i'd send you a message back. As well as being a Paramedic, I'm also a licensed ARO here in the UK. Although it does seem a little more popular out there for you guys ?

If you're ever on the airwaves using any of the ILRP or echolink repeaters do come say hello. I'm often on the GB3PZ repeater here in Manchester UK.

And keep up the good work.
