Cute story w/ Local firefighters :)
Just wanted to share a cute story w/ a happy ending... Not enough happy firefighter stories being told. This is the local fire dept in my area and the dog was brought to the shelter where I work. He is doing wonderful and we're hopeful that someone will come forward and adopt him.

No I wasn't directly involved w/ the rescue... our ACO's go out in the field. I take care of their medical needs once they're back at the shelter.

This reminds me of another dog story with a happy ending...I found a dog roaming around and called the # on the tag the owner asked if I'd walk him down to the pizza place down the street and meet there... I gave them the dog and he bought me a pizza and a 6 pack. Fact.
p.s.-I wasn't wearing my FD t-shirt....
