Im a line officer with a small rural volunteer dept. Recently it was brought to my attention that some of my guys are getting bored with training. Does anyone have any new training ideas that may catch the attention of my dept?

Could I get a copy of your Jepardy game. You can email it to me at shoaf242@comcast.net Thanks in advance it sounds like a terrific learning game for the seasoned firefighter as well as a nembie.
Hey Bro as a former Officer its hard to make what needs to be practiced interesting lets face it some of what we learn is redundant anyway..expand your company into things more city or larger companies might do ..you have nothing to lose a lot to gain and it might turn their heads and attention..Try W.A.S. wide area search , RIT /FAST stuff..Repelling..trench rescue so on combine old stuff with a twist want to practice ropes and knots but keep them awake make a maze while on air fully geared up gloves and all crawl through maze at wnd find 3 sections of rope they must tie 3 most common used knots while room is smoked or hoods turned or tracing paper in masks..and must get back out before air runs low..it teaches air control..practice knots and search..
