Well i know i have not been showing up to meetings so i know thats what i got to do. but we all can be a little more interactive at the meetings. instead of just listening all the time. Start going through the trucks. Just start opening the doors and writing whats in there and quizzing yourself about them. Starting opening the books and reading them. Dont be afraid to ask questions. Pull Rusty or Donnie to the side and ask them questions.

I will refer back to my post, "Striving to learn or the stale category". If members had the understanding and knowledge from certain classes, this would help to better our department. It puts everyone on the same page in working as a team. Just my opinion...

The other thing would be, if everyone could just drop by here and there each week, to sweep, vacuum, or take out the trash, it would be a big help! I know,,, I couldn't help it, just saying....

In short, "Keep current with knowledge and skills."

But you are exactly right on the second point. Too often we leave stuff undone because "somebody else will get it."

I will start coming by there when i can to at least pull out brush and squad and sweep under then. I will be there thursday so i will do it then. And thank you Rusty and Donnie for not giving up on me. I know I have been a big question to you two and I thank you both for giving me another chance
