There is an ongoing post in the "general firefighting" section called "let's play jeopardy". Your presence is welcome there. It serves as a refresher and as a learning aid. Tons of valuable information from basic beginner to veteran. It's fun and informative. Come by and test your knowledge and try a few. See if you can stump the old guys too. Or if you're the quiet type, just read along with them.
it's all good learning.

---Where was that cricket audio/video from youtube that I saw in another post?---

Don't be the one who other FF refuses to go in with you because you don't go to trainings.Get educated.
Just try.
More crickets.... I still have only noticed Devon on there. I hope they are at least reading and trying to absorb some of the things being mentioned.
I know..... There was one other Jr. in there. I thought that your post would be better recieved than this from the juniors. Heck, I'm learning from it, so I would like to think that jr/explorers would too. Or would WANT to.
As mentioned before by many, these guys and girls are going to be the replacements, I would hope that they take it seriously or we're in big trouble.
Perhaps there are more jrs or explorers involved, but they are in a state that does not recognize them as such. In NY state, you are either a full firefighter or you aren't
Well in new york state, if you are concidered a full firefighter, are you fully trained to be such and what is the lower age limit? Dop you mean "working" firefighter?
This is Doug's post, but I am trying to get the younger, less experienced involved. Doesn't matter your experience level, everyone can learn, it's just that there is so much in there for someone with little to no experience to gain from.
