i have lost a friend and a fellow soldier. we had some great times getting drunk togeather after a long days work ill never forget you Bregg youll have a spot on my arm next to gambles name buddie watch over us till we come home.


19 year old Pvt. Lucas Bregg was from Wright City. On July 8 2009, His life was taken from him while serving in Iraq.

Bregg was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, and stationed out of Fort Hood, Texas. He had been serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom for 5 months. He joined the army in July of 2008.

Lucas was a great person to be around.




no he was not a firefighter but i am and he was a good friend and we were in the same company. im still in Iraq serving. please honor him thats all i ask.

As a fellow soldier and a veteran that just returned, my prayers and thoughts go out to the soldiers that served with him. Also the family members. You guys be strong over there and most important be safe! Hooah!

thank you all for your prayers and thanks my deployments almost over but i have lost more friends then i care to say. dont always read or watch what the news has to say its a load of bull shit. i just hope i make it home to see green grass and smell the air. i just want to go ride my horse agian in the woods and relax and to get away from this life and war torn world we live in
