No difference between the two in my opinion. What I would like to see is area dept's staying uniform in regards to this. I think it is ridiculous for a dept to mutual aid surrounding depts with high pressure systems and you're dept runs low pressure. Mutual aid depts' are there to help but they can only do so much if you can't fill their bottles.
