My favorite episode was when Fr. Mulcahey and Radar go to the front to bring back a wounded soldier and shortly after they start back the pt needs an emergency trach. Hawk and the rest of the crew talk Fr. Mulcahey through traching the pt with a pocket knife and pen.
Second favorite, when Hawk and a North Korean soldier, who spoke no English try to save the soldiers son and when they are unsuccessfull, bury him side by side, silently.

The final episode is one that I will always remember, but one that always gets to me is when Lt. Col. Blake leaves, but gets shot down on his way home. Radar is crushed.

There are so many that i could consider my fav but first one that came to mind would be "Blood Brothers" when Patrick Swayze played the soldier with leukemia.
