No one is ready to respond to that kind of accident!

You can train and study better ways that can help your service to make a better job... but never to be ready.

Low impact accidentes like madrid can help you out to understand and improve situations that some times we just dont think about (like, first response, access, obstacles, near urban residences, cars parqued outside airport, holidays, weather conditions....) but accidentes are always differents.

For me, be ready is my guys know what is demanded from them and be capable of giving that when needed.
