is the economy that bad everywhere?
ive sent out over 200letter to various fire dept.'s in various states asking for any size donation to help me get a final treatment so i can walk again.those that have responded have either said they just cant help or sent mean replies back.i thought firefighting was a brotherhood.we help our brothers when we can.the one thing between me walking again an not is just $13,000.can anyone shed light on this subject.

ive drained my area of over 40,000 in 2trips.its not a scam,my fire dept is the one getting the donation an handling it.

Hey Kevin, don't give up man. I know what you are going through. My 2 yr. old daughter was diagnosed last July with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. They said she will never walk and only get worse from here. She is losing muscle mass at a very high rate. My wife and I are trying to get help to pay for things she needs too and we are having a hard time with it. Just keep the faith brother and whatever you do, don't you EVER give up!!!!

have u ever looked into cord blood stem cells?im proof it works.i have a brain stem injury.my baclofen(spasm medicine)via pump has gone from 1000micrograms/day down to just 70/day.i can give u the info where i went if ud like to look into this.not sure what her cond. is but its worth looking into this as treatment.

No we haven't yet. They are still experimenting on using stem cells. I don't want her to be a guinee pig during what could be a very short life that she might live. I just want her to have fun a be a kid, ya know?
