Does any one Carry a rescue knife? I have thought about buying one, but really dont know when I would use it. I usually carry a halogen, and i can do everything with that. After 16 years, I cant think of any situations where I needed one...... Any thoughts would be helpful.

I too have been thinking of buying one. But i have a hard time with buying a knife that may run $40 to $80 and then take the chance of loosing it on a fire scene. I have a $2 knife with a sharp edge on it, that I keep clipped on the outside of my gear. If it were to disappear or I break it... oh well.

I carry a resue tool that I got from chief Supply  . IT is a foldable spanner with a pin prick and seat belt cutter.  it is nylon but has taken a huge beating.  not sure name of tool right now but feel free to call or text and will send it to you   runs around $30

It's called the Res-Q-Rench. I carry one of those, too.
