We have enough problems with the public thinking that all we do is sit in the firehouse and drink beer all day long. What were they thinking, oh wait they weren't. Did they thinking putting the videos on the internet wasn't going to be seen by someone that might get upset? This so doesn't put us in a good light to the public. We need to remember what the public thinks of us is really important, if they think that we are not professional and are not able to do our job then they wont call us or support us when we ask them for their support. Whether done in fun or not putting it on the internet for all to see was not smart. We need to think before doing something as dumb as what was done here.

This is really disappointing to me as a firefighter. We have enough things from the past and present that we have to overcome when the public thinks about what a firefighter is and now this to add to all of that. Not good, not good at all.

i cant believe they were willing to do this.they are giving every fire department around the world a bad reputation.do they not realize how much higher people hold the standards for a firefighter?

Public perception is everything. Great negative PR! I'd be willing to bet that they won't do anything this stupid again. Apparently too much spare time on their hands at the firehouse. I hate it for them. I know it was done as a joke, but, come on guys......THINK!

That type of behavior must have been condoned by their officers in the past growing into a good 'ol boys environment. Worse yet, maybe officers were involved. Their Mothers must be proud. TCSS

this makes women of the fire service, no offence look like sluts..they prob let them make the video thinkin they were not going to get caught.... as if u dont have to worry about enogh things at the dept. now u have to worry about that...a big company like that i cant believe they didnt have camras and catch this sooner and find out who was behind it....unless it was and the main ppl are behind it so nothing was said til an outside source seen it and noticed the dept...
