Sometimes i just want to pull out my hair. I find it almost imposible to jugle being a single mom of a 2 year old, whos father took off, work full time while trying to get my foot in the door, and just taking care of the little man.

That career you always wanted is putting the food on the table. Yeah it is tuff starting out, but your happiness in your career or lack of hapiness comes home and that can hae an effect with the kid. So yeah without knowing all the details, the sacrifices you make now will pay off in the end. Good luck.
just hang in there.. it may be hard but in the end it will all be worth it
A little advise here... Spend as much time as you can with your son he is one of a kind and you only get one shot at it. Before you know it he will be grown up.
There will be many fires to fight after he is grown up. People start them every day!
I feel for u dear. I know what its like. Although i do not have a son of my own ive been raising my nephew since he was born. The saddest part about it is that his and his dad are alive and well his dad is more in the pic than his mom my sister.. She puts the world before him esp her bfs so i take care of him 99% of the time she has him. I work full time volunteer at a FD, in a fire academy and taking 18 other units besides that. I dont mind taking care of him thu. Its hard but hey we both know its all worth it when they aren't being a pain. Wouldn't trade it for the world plus it gets a lot easy the older they get. As for worrying about missing out on a normal life....there is no such thing.. i choose to create my own normal.
