Fried eggs «пожарская» with tomatoes and the Bulgarian pepper (prepares in the morning after divorce of sentries on duty (changes)). It is required to you (on 5 persons): 10 eggs; 2-3 large tomatoes; 2 heads of onions; 2-3 Bulgarian pepper; 200 grammes of boiled sausage; 4столовые sunflower-seed oil spoons; greens, salt, spices to taste. We prepare: on the big frying pan пассируем (we fry to semireadiness) onions and the Bulgarian pepper → are added the sausage cut with cubes and the tomatoes cut by thin plastics → we salt and we fry, before transformation of tomatoes into similarity of ketchup → is added in turned out weight of spice (to taste and desire) → is hammered all in ten eggs, fire is diminished to a minimum. The note: all dish prepares no more than 15 minutes, it is better not to feel sorry some oil, in the end of preparation the frying pan is desirable for covering, preliminary having strewed fried eggs greens

Sunday DAy shifts for us are inclusive to "brunch" ( part breakfast/Part lunch as we call dinner) served between 10 and 11 am.... 8 Members = 2 dozen eggs , 3 lbs of Pork Bacon ( fatty Pork belly sliced to strips, and fryed to chrispy char/ crunch OHH so good, pork breakfast sausage,or corned beef hash, which is corned beef and onion and potatoes spiced and diced or "Home frys" Potatoes with onion, grilled to crispy texture in either xtra virgin Olive or light oil. "texas toast" each slice is like 3 typical slices of bread dipped in milk and egg seasoned "batter" (like french toast) and grilled served with Maple syrup if available Orange juice, Milk or tea all served a lacarte, single eggs fryed sunnyside or over easy, scrambled cooked to order... and of course Coffee!!! its a tradition sundays and holidays
