Any Ideas for gifts for a Chief?

Okay I know this may not be the best place to ask this but......

My company is trying to think of something great to get for our Fire Chief to present at the Annual Banquet. He is the greatest thing that has happened to this company in a long time.
I am sure many of you have received great gifts that you can use all the time, or received that special plaque that makes you smile every time you see it!
We want to him to know how much he is appreciated and cared for!

Any ideas would be great!

What does he like to do in his personal life? Go with something along that line.

We are having our appreciation Banquet next Saturday. We got an awesome plaque for officer of the year with date and name on it. It is in color of an eagle in the background and 3 firefighters standing there with the chief in the middle or it could be asst. chief. ( it is a white helmet on the middle man on the plaque ). You could check with someone locally that does these types of awards.
