Ever get that feelin!

Does your department have members with superstitions(Spelling?) that if you watch a movie or say the word "fire" or"run" feel that a fire or med run is inevitable? I have heard some say every time we watch "Ladder 49" we have a structure fire shortly thereafter.

Before I go home from my VFD station, I say no more then "I'll seeya when I seeya". I used to say "seeya at the next call" which seemed to expedite that call. I don't use the S word at the craps table either (In Vegas not at the firehouse, haha). TCSS

i know everytime i wash the trucks we get a call... or if someone say see u this weekend or suffin we have a call like an hour or two later
