What do you think about hide-a-way light's
I was looking at getting some hide-a-way's in my 04 impala in the corner marker's and my reverse light's i want the led type in red . Has any one ever yoused them let me know how you like them and were to get them and which are the best. Thank you Donnie

I install lights on the side in vehicles, I have ony put the hide a way LED's in one vehicle it was a 2004 F-250 for the Railroad and the lights were amber, they were the Whelen Vertex super LED's, they were bright but they didnt have the output a strobe has, I had to put 4 in the turnsignals just so they would be noticable. They had really cool flash patterns but they couldn't give the light output that a strobe did. Now keep in mind that was amber I can't tell you anything about what the red or blue would look like or even a different brand but check them out on the whelen website if you are interested.

Check out youtube there are all kinds of videos of these LED hideaways. Unfortunately like Lieutenant A. Sampler said they dont show up very well in the daylight and it seems like all the colors are that way. I personally will be sticking with strobes.
