What kind of leather do you have?

What brand of leather helmet do you run? Mine is an '02 Cairns Sam Houston N6A. I actually bought it off eBay for $270. Got it and looked it up, the helmet is a deluxe version..its sells for about $500 or so brand new. Not a bad deal..

Have a New Yorker! Been in service since 2001... Freakin love my leather! Would have no other on my head.

Hey Trey...Not 4 nuthin , but do you think they use "magic paint?" I can tell you that'd be the day I didntwear My leather All the time ... LOL Check out the How they do that thread below they even tell you What they use for paint.... Hi heat primer, black or white or redor? latex paint or clear laquer for the naturals ... Check it out its interesting.. I've redone quite a few myself for guys and its not brain surgery... easy stuff...

I have a N6A Sam Houston that I got in 2007. This is my first leather helmet and took a little getting used to, but now that I have used it for a while I will never go back.

I have a N5A, and I love it!!! As standard the 1st thing I did was rip out the ratchet system. Once I fitted it with the padding it fits like a dream. There is no need to even hook the chin strap, but being the Lt. I have to set the example ya know.

i have an American Heritage, with the bourkes, and the ess goggles. It is a bit heavier than the other helmets i have had but i love it..it fits just right and looks cool as hell...
