Bobby -

Thanks for the response - but if you look at the NVFC web site, it shows it as passing - just not signed yet - then if I look at others, it shows it as passing - but no information as to how to invoke it. I've gotten a sizeable 1099 from my county this past year (cause of all the woods fires) and I need to find out if I'm gonna have to pay taxes on this money or not. So, you can see my confusion. I'm gonna keep looking.
