Use of MAD
How many of you are using the MAD (mucosal atomization device) at your dept. We have had it here for about 2 years and have have great success with it. I myself use it as much as possible. Great for first dose of versed and narcan.

We have had them on our rigs for a little over a year, but i just got my first chance to use one about a month ago. They are sweet.

try lubing it up and replace your feeding tube with it for your rectal valium... works like a charm

Great idea on the valium admin. We dont use that much around where I am at, however I will remember that for the next time. That is why I like this tool so much, it has so many potential ways to use it.
Firesiren, I wish we handed those out to all the people killing themselves with fentyl patches around here. That is a good Idea.
If you use them with water it makes a great nasal passage cleaner!!! Thats why I use it on myself so much!!! lol.
