How do you like your crew !?!?

I was just wondering if everyone was as happy with their crew as I am with mine. I am a LT. at a paid department of about 220 Firefighters and I feel my crew is one of the best! They are great at their job and make me look great. They know what to do and when to do it. We get along stellar and the shift flies.
