Fire-opoly- Why is There no Fire Service Version of Monopoly?

Hey! Did you ever notice the plethera of "opoly" games? There's one for almost everything, exept the Fire Service. Let's get some ideas flowing and see if we can come up with something.

I'm thinking each group of properties represents a fire department with photos of their fire station and instead of different streets you have chief, officers, and firefighters and you have to have all three before you can put the fire station on the property and of course boardwalk and parkplace are the world trade center tower1 and tower2 and one group of three is left open where you can put your department name and maybe laminate and glue photos from your department or a clear pocket that photos can be slid into for your department.

That's what I was thinking, but while everyone will recognize the big city F.D's, hardly anybody will recognize some of the V.F.D's out there. But I'd like to somehow include everyone.

The cards are, "Chance" & "Community Chest". How about, "In Quarters" & "On the Scene"?

You could take it one step further and dedicate a game for just one specific F.D.

Instead of Railroads you could have websites. Shortline could be Firefighternation.com or Reading Railroad could be Readingpafire.com (shameless plug) ;oP

Shame on you...LOL Good idea though. I wouldn't mind seeing FFN.com & maybe firehouse.dotcom. Although I believe we'd have to get permission from the owners of those websites.

I recently looked into trademark registration and other related stuff to protect my IP- what a minefield and an expensive exercise!

One of the pitfalls is that you can tradmenark in your region, but it won't apply in other regions of the world unless you register there as well. (For example, register the trademark for Fireopoly in Australia, but it won't include USA, Asia, Europe, etc, etc)
