W.Va Antique Mall Fire

September 2, 2009. Carpetbaggers Antique Mall caught fire on 9/2/09. James Michael Shell started the fire, telling police that , "it was dark and wanted to see better." He's been charged with one felony count of arson. Shell is being held in the Southern Regional Jail. More than fifty firefighters from 7 departments in Fayette and Raleigh Counties responded to the blaze.
