It is a bit unclear because the video cuts from one view to another but it seems to me that three firefighters went up the ladder, when the flashover occurs you can see at least two of them, and one comes down. If I'm not mistaken, this video shows one of the other firefighters stuck injured and perhaps worse at the top of the ladder. The outcome for this firefighter is not shown because the camera follows the other one down the ladder. The outcome of the third firefighter is a mystery, he/she seems to vanish. Obviously very bad flashover, and I echo what Roy Walker says.

O M G I'm not going to comment on the obvious except to say think hard about your actions and I know this is old footage, but non the less brother, may your suffering be behind you and may others learn.
