Stroudsburg (PA) Building Fire
PoconoRecord.com - Fire ripped through Cyphers Truck Parts and the four apartments above it on West Main Street near Stroudsburg, Pa., on Monday morning, Nov. 29, 2010, causing some minor explosions and a section of the building to collapse.
