Wet conditions leads to bad things. An engine company was stopped for another accident and then a tractor trailer lost control and slammed into the engine.

luckily there wasn't any pump operation going on or no one getting anything out the compartments , would have been hurt pretty bad.

You can see the Engine door open up on the drivers side to get a better idea of where it stopped after the impact

It straightened the Engine right out like it was never angle parked. I am not sure if the Engine ended up striking the car it was protecting or if the kinetic energy ran out after the impact at that moment. Either way, amazing

Also interesting to see that it appeared that the pumper hardly moved- in fact it looked like it pretty much stopped the rig sliding.

I thought of that scene from Hancock where he stops the freight train!

if they weren't angle parked, they all would be gravely injured or dead. Amazing how fast a "routine" accident goes the other way
