Just for everyones information, all 4 firefighters were wearing seatbelts and were unharmed. The truck was traveling approximately 25mph when it rolled.

Hope all of them were OK and able to stay in service. That Engine and those four Firefighters were of no use on the fire call. WE have to always look out for ourselves and stay safe, if we can't make it to the call, we can't help anybody. Stay Safe out there....

Looks like they flipped at a low speed, not a lot of damage for a rollover. Instant chains are nice to have, you don't need them much, but on ice you can't beat chains!

I remember one night when we were called out in our township in mid Michigan. It was winter and a good layer of snow, and thus packed snow was all over the roads. Our township was recrecrational around a large lake, so there wasn't a straight road anywhere. Well, our Captain was flying down the road and came to a degrading corner that got tighter as you progressed. We went in rather fast and as the turn tightened, the rig went into a slide. Old el-capitan just laid on the power and we put that engine into a power slide around the entire corner and came out the other side upright and still at speed. Wildest thing I ever saw and wouldn't have believed it possible had I not been sitting in the cab with him! We made it to the scene and did our job. Had a great laugh back at the hall, but it sure could have turned out differently! We gave him the driver of the year award!

I hope all the firefighters inside made it out alive.
