San Francisco FD has a long and rich history of dedicated Truck Companies. You really can't see much from this clip, but the Truck Co's are very aggressive, professional, and respected. One very interesting thing about San Fran is that their ground ladders are all made in San Fran and they are all wooden ladders. they use wooden ladders for a nuumber of reasons and they are all justified. Another very important thing about SFFD is their pride. They are not trying to be any other Department. They do what works best for them and their city. As a matter of fact, many other departments follow their lead as far as tactics and equipment. I am sure SAn Fran did a great job here as always.
